Appointment of two New Directors

We are very pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors to join the JOS Board: 

 

Chris Grimley has been appointed Commercial Director 

Marc Rainey has been appointed Operations Director 

 

These appointments are effective 1st October 2025 and are reflective of the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership and accelerating its long-term strategic objectives. 

 

Chris and Marc have been promoted from their positions within the organisation. These appointments are a demonstration of their commitment dedication and loyalty to the business as well as their reputation for success.
