We are offering an exciting Degree Apprenticeship opportunity for an ambitious individual who is keen to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a fully qualified Quantity Surveyor. As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a critical role in managing the costs and budget of construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
 
 
About the Role: 
As a Degree Apprentice in Quantity Surveying you will work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of quantity surveying, including: 
• Cost Estimation & Budgeting – Helping to prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for construction projects. 
• Procurement & Contracts – Supporting the management of procurement processes and understanding contractual obligations. 
• Risk Management – Identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact project costs and timelines. 
• Site Measurements & Valuations – Conducting site visits to measure and assess work completed for payment purposes. 
• Client Liaison & Reporting – Communicating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly. 
Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll be studying for a fully funded degree in Quantity Surveying, with time split between working on real-world projects and attending university lectures. This is an excellent opportunity to gain both academic qualifications and practical experience in a professional setting. 
 
What We Are Looking For: 
• Educational Requirements: A strong academic background with A-levels (or equivalent) in relevant subjects such as Maths, Science, or Business, or a Level 3 qualification (BTEC, NVQ, etc.). 
• Skills & Qualities: 
o Strong analytical and numeracy skills. 
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
o A keen interest in construction, property, and cost management. 
o Ability to work well as part of a team and independently. 
o Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
