Project Description

The works to provide the sub-structure enabling an extension to the existing Britvic factory at Glebe Farm Industrial Estate incorporating a 35m high warehouse/ low bays and associated infrastructure

The current scope of work encompasses the following;

RC Conveyor Tunnel & HGV Access Ramp, Sheet Piling, RC Contiguous Wall and side capping beam, 2000m2 RC Low bay slab on bearing piles, 7,500m2 550mm thick RC High Bay Slab, Precast Dock levellers, 12,000m2 yard slabs.

Earthworks comprising of 65,000m3 cut and 15,000m3 fill. safety fencing, foul and storm water drainage, demolish and construct new gatehouse, provide new services/ routes for water, L.V/ HV/ B.T/ fencing and landscaping. All Temporary works associated with the above.
